    Hi JonathanPena,

I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Freedom 2 does not charge. This is not the behavior and performance expected from the product.

Please try these suggestions that can help to resolve the issue of your headset:

    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.

    - Try a different power source/charger

    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.

    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2.5 hours,

    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.

    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.

    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

First, thank you for responding. I have seen other posts and I see you are trying to help the jaybird community.

    In response to your suggestions:

In the past, I have only used my computer charger to charge my jaybirds. I tried a different source and attached photos. I believe your suggestions indicate how to keep your jaybirds in good working condition. However, I have taken care of my jaybirds as best as possible as my charger still works, and so does my jaybird freedom 2. But for some reason, the charger is not charging my jaybird.

I use my headphones almost daily. Please let me know if the jaybird company can do anything to help me. Otherwise, I will be exploring other options as I need working bluetooth headphones for my workouts.

    Thank you,

    Jonathan Pena
