    Bro same. It's been about 2 weeks and I got the same thing. I even got 2-3 DAY SHIPPING. I haven't received my package yet. I'm really concerned. I called the number and they told me they couldn't help me and that this gay ass website is my only option. I haven't gotten my money back either

    Same vote. This company has some serious internal issues, the fact that some of us are paying extra money for a premium shipping service, and still not receiving the products for weeks after is unreal. Still no tracking number.....to late to cancel the order?

    I'm having the exact same experience.  I ordered an accessory pack (for the charger) on 9/7, and I still haven't received a tracking number. When I contacted support via email (chat wasn't available), I was told that the product was backordered.  Since I lost my charger over Labor Day, this means I have a useless set of headphones until Jaybird gets around to shipping my order.

    @Romil Español? how long is this back order going to take? The least you guys could do is give "us" the customers an idea of when were going to receive our product.

    I believe i’m about to be in the same situation as you. Ordered the x3’s on 9/18 and today 9/22, have yet to receive any tracking number or information regarding my order. Custom support here is poor. I’ve emailed support a couple times and still haven’t heard anything back.

    I ordered the X3 accessory pack on 9/1 THREE WEEKS AGO and haven't received any tracking number or any expected date that my order will be shipped. It is well past 4-7 business days, and I may cancel my order now that I see others are having this same problem.

     

    "Rest assured that your orders will be taken care off." - ok? just rest assured? no information? no help? just assurance. That's their customer service? :( I was really excited about getting this.

    Still no tracking number. Still no satisfactory answer on when I might get my order, and my headphones are still dead. To add insult to injury: 1) I can't find a single other place to buy a charging clip and 2) Jaybird STILL doesn't list this product as back-ordered in their store. I consequently imagine that the list of unhappy people is just getting longer and longer as more people order. Nice job, Jaybird.
