I placed an order for the accessory pack that includes the charger for the X3 on August 28, 2017. It has been over two weeks and I have yet to even receive a tracking number. IT is so sad that for such a great product their is horrible customer support. Their isn't a direct phone number to ask about orders and online support is just broken, with no one connecting me to their "live" chat. My birthday is tomorrow and its sad I can not even count on receiving my headphone charger to have an enjoyable workout.
