    I have the same exact issue. Ordered on September 4th, credit card got charged and never received any shipping information. Order number 11853665106

    Is there a phone number to call? The one listed on the website is for Logitech support. Can't seem to find any other numbers for this company.

    Not that I know of. I tried every form of contact and nothing seems to work. That's how I ended up in your post.

    I found this phone number listed under "sales and support help" (1-866-244-3399) but when I called I was told this was only for technical help with their products. I was then pointed to the broken email form as there is no phone number for any sort of order contact. I tried to use the form again, this time on Firefox instead of Safari, and it worked. Hopefully they'll contact me back as this seems to be the only way.

    hey siznarf,

    i am glad you received your order, do you know if they eventually sent you a tracking number, or did they just happened to show up? Ive placed an order on the 28th of last month and still no luck

    I was able to get a refund after opening a case with Paypal. If anyone used Paypal maybe thats an option for you if you are stuck waiting.
