Just purchased the run xt Bluetooth headphones. There is significant audio lag when watching movies. How can this be rectified?

To ensure a premium music and sound experience and to guarantee the left and right earbud are always in sync, we introduce a small latency. The amount of latency can differ based on your operating system and video streaming app.

    It would be really helpful if as part of your product advertising you state specifically that this product is not suitable for watching videos.

    I will not be returning the product which you will be unable to resell. Ridiculous.

    the same problem is raised again and again on here and yet you offer no fix?! This problem does not exist with other, less expensive, Bluetooth earbuds.

    I can’t argue with the sound quality but when paying £169 for a product, where competitors are priced at c£130, I expect a fully working product, not half working!
