Will there be a software update to fix the audio delay in the Run XT

    We allow for a small amount of latency when watching video using Jaybird RUN XT. To ensure a premium music and sound experience and to guarantee the left and right earbud are always in sync, we introduce a small latency. The amount of latency can differ based on your operating system and video streaming app.

    Hi, you didn’t answer my question. I would like to know if there will be an update for it, not as to why it’s there. So, I ask again, will there be a software update that can fix the latency

    They aren't going to fix it... I'm pissed about this issue I paid hard earned money for latency from high end earphones? Jabra didn't have this issue, Bose doesn't have this issue, JBL and Sony don't either. Taking Run XT's back for a refund since Jaybird doesn't seem to think this is important enough to fix.?
