Why won't my jaybird runs connect to my phone?

    Hello Isaac jaybird,

     

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Run XT won't connect to your phone. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    Please try and forget/delete your Run XT's Bluetooth profile from your phone prior to reconnecting. You can also powercycle your phone.

    These have a lot problems I see mine disconnect at 80 percent for no reason I wanna know where I can go to get this fixed or replaced cuz I dnt spend almost 200 bucks for this to be shitty
