I started a return of my x3's over 3 weeks ago and after 2 emails and 3 calls I was issued an RMA...I returned my unit and heard very little. I called and was told over a week ago you were out of x3's and would be sending freedoms out as a replacement and if i did not like them you would replace them with x3 when they came in...I was told they would ship over a week ago and never received shipping confirmation. I called on friday 16th again was told the freedoms were being shipped that day. I explained to each person I spoke with I needed them by the 23rd because I was going on vacation. Monday i still heard nothing and was on a chat session twice and after waiting in line for 30 min to speak I was disconnected with out finishing so i called and again during our conversation was disconnected again so I called back. I then talked to a gentleman who did some checking and again told he me the freedoms will ship and more over i can keep them and will receive the replacement x3's which i thought was really cool since i was looking forward to trying them. so again no shipping information but received multiple emails requesting I send in the return unit. so again i called wed (today) and now being informed the x3's will ship today and not the freedoms. this whole situation was handles very poorly and now i cant try the freedoms.
