I ordered the Jaybird RUN XT, unfortunately I got the Jaybird Tarah Pro instead.(It’s just a simple job to pack the right product in a box .(Why can’t you just do it correctly?)
Moreover, this product is now in Thailand, which is located in South East Asia on the other side of the world. I didn't unbox until I got to Thailand because I wanted to surprise someone on the very very very special day. Why can't I just rely on you? and now you just ruined everything.
As I saw on other posts "DO NOT ORDER FROM JAYBIRDSPORT.com", I didn't believe it at the first place, but now I do.
If anyone sees this post, just consider that this might happen to you. If you want to buy something from jaybirdsport.com to surprise someone on a birthday or a Christmas, you may not get to surprise them as you intend to.
If everything is done as planned at the first place, and not your people made a mistake sending me the wrong product, I would just get the Jaybird RUN XT.
Now that this is happening, could you please find me the solution that make me get the Jaybird run XT, which is the product I ORDERED?
Just to be clear, I am not going to ship it back to the US if I need to pay for the shipment fee by myself.
!!!!!!! Once again, it was your people who made a mistake at the first place. Why can’t you just send me the right product I ordered? Jesus
Ps. If I wanted the JAYBIRD TARAH PRO, I could have just bought it here in Thailand.

I have been recommending jaybird headphones to many of my friends in Thailand, but now I feel really upset and disappointed that I recommended them.
