I got the product I did not order. Why can't you just ship the product I ordered? Is Jaybirdsport.com reliable?

    I have recently had a similar experience. I had ordered a pair of all black Jaybird Vistas and was looking forward to receiving them. When I opened the package, I saw that I had someone else’s sales invoice and headphones in my box. Obviously, I don’t want to use them because of the fact that they aren’t mine. All I want is to get the ones that I ordered. I have tried calling customer service numerous times only to be left on hold for 15 to 20 minutes with no response.
