    @Dakota Linnabary Try doing a reset, which you can find here:

    Then try charging again. Jaybird suggests using your laptop USB to charge the earphones. They should stay red and then switch to green, once fully charged.

     

    If the problem persists, try opening a support ticket. However, I suggest a return and exchange as the faster method to resolve this issue, since you just got your X3s.
