    @truman ngo That is odd, I am not too sure. Try this hard reset to see if that helps.

    To reset your X3 buds to their original factory settings, put your buds in pairing mode by turning the buds off then push and hold the center button for more than 4 seconds until you see alternating red/green LED.

    While the LEDs are flashing red/green double tap the center button. Upon successful party reset, the LED turns orange and your buds turn off.

    NOTE: Once your buds have been reset and you power on they will automatically go into paring mode. Select “Forget” or “Remove”  X3 from your device’s bluetooth menu and pair again.

    Yes I have already tried resetting the headphones. Even when resetting the headphones, the light does not change at all. Still green the whole time.

    @Beau Brace

    Yes it function normally and I wasn't too concerned. But I noticed when I fully charged my headphones and turn it off. It seems the light drains my headphone battery, it went from 100% to 80%. So now, it an annoyance. I can't preserve battery if I'm not using it unless I plug it into the charger.

    @truman ngo Okay that is very odd, I will send another reset. It is normally for charging issues, but it couldn't hurt to give it a shot to see if the LED will correct itself.

    Firmly but quickly press the power button 8 times and then hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 2 times.

    When finished, plug the headset into the charger. Most of the time if the headset turns RED it will charge and function normally again, Make sure that if the light is red to fully charge the unit again.
