    Hello Jabdo,

I am sorry to hear that you are having issue with the Tarah Pro notification. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

If the battery notification says 90%, we can try to do a factory reset to refresh the software of the unit. This may help so here are the steps to factory restore.

    1. If applicable, "FORGET” or “REMOVE” your Tarah Pro earbuds in your Bluetooth list of discovered devices.

    2. Turn your Tarah Pro earbuds off by holding the middle button until the LED illuminates red and turns off.

    3. When your earbuds are powered off, press and hold the middle button for five seconds until the LED starts blinking white.

    4. While the LED is blinking white, quickly double-press the middle button. The LED will illuminate red briefly, and then the LED will start blinking white again.

    5. Your earbuds are now reset and ready to pair. Go to your audio device’s Bluetooth menu and select Jaybird Tarah Pro to re-pair.

    Hey Jabdo,

I had the same problem and i thought it was my phone and i just fixed it.

I put the headphones on for 12 hours straight at max volume until the battery drained then recharged it to max. It now reads 100%.

    Hope this helps you.

What help me fixed this 90% issue is charging it in a computer. Avoid using chargers/powerbanks with high output as it will stop at 90% as per my observation. I'm using Jaybird Tarah Pro🙂
