    You will need to write or ‘rant’ your issue to their support email, they will then assign their distributor (As there are no official Jaybird store in my place here) to deal with you (It will be 1 to 1 unit change).

    Do ensure you attach along valid purchase proof

    I see, there is no official Jaybird store also near my place here, so I'm still confuse with the procedure. So did they send you the new unit through courier delivery or something? and how about your old Tarah Pro did you send to the distributor too like an exchange? 

    I'm now in the middle of conversation with Jaybird customer service through email, and already show my valid purchase receipt

    Good, they will inform you the next steps and identify the distributor to liaise with.

    About the exchange, the distributor’s office is just within the city i’m living in, hence it is a walk-in exchange policy. Not sure how the courier exchange policy works.
