Just like the experience of others, bluetooth connection with X3 was good only when phone is at chest level. My X2 and Bluebuds X had no such problem. Music would start cutting in and out as soon as i put device in my hand pockets. I use Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, and i really hope you guys can get a software fix on this. I am sure hard reset will not help, as ive bought another pair of X3 from best buy and still same problem.
