Bad Connectivity just like the experience from others

    Hi there,

     

    Have you had a chance to try connecting your X3 to a device other than your phone? Please give this a try and let me know how the connectivity is.

    @Madison Farnsworth I did yes, made sure it was not my phone. I tried connecting with my surface pro 3, and the music started cutting out at the same distance as when connected to my phone. I then connected my X2 and the music played perfectly without cutting even when I walked further than when I had the X3 connected

    Hi there! I'm experiencing the same issue. Audio becomes choppy when I connect it to my MacBook Pro. Needless to say, it's impossible to have it connected to my laptop AND my iPhone at the same time. I've reset it and re-paired it a bunch of time! I haven't even had my X3s for a month. I decided to go with this pair vs the Powerbeats because of the reviews and its ability to pair w/ multiple devices, but now I want to return them asap (before I throw them against the wall!!) Please help!!!
