    Just dispute the charges with your bank, that's what I did.

     

    Great headphones, worst customer service i've ever experienced.

     

    If you want them order them from Bestbuy's website, they also offer free 2 day shipping.

    I'll try that thanks. And I KNOW!! I originally wanted to order from best buy but they were sold out. And i ordered them from here with no knowledge that theyre backordered. And i've been trying to contact their customer service for 3-4 days now and not one response. I dont think ive ever had such bad customer service. Anyways, thanks so much!

    Also since they havent shipped I havent been charged yet. Can i still cancel the order with my bank? @Jesse Bendokas

    You'll receive a pending charge prior to them even shipping the order. I would at least let your bank know about the situation so it's easier to deal with when the time comes.
