    @Rachel Boyce The X3's were on back order at that time, we are going to receive a shippment of units this week and orders will process as soon as that is available.

    @Rachel Boyce To cancel an order you can either send and email wot the link below, or simply chat into the live help tab. I recommend the live help for fast inquiries.

    @Rachel Boyce That means the chats are full for that moment, once a chat is released you will be able to live chat.
