Last week I found out the x3 order I placed a couple weeks ago was on backorder. Last week I submitted multiple requests via your contact support link on your website and never received any response. I just received an email indicating it was a shipping confirmation. Once again, I do not want this order and I do not want to be charged for this order as I sent multiple cancellation requests and purchased a pair of x3's at my local best buy this past Saturday. Please contact me to clear up this issue at your earliest convenience. I have been using jaybird for almost 4 years now and never had any issues until now. I hope this gets cleared up quickly.
