    same here. I just got a shipping confirmation email for an order that I wanted cancelled, and accordingly requested on this forum.... I read someone on here say Jaybird is doing this deliberately. Initially at the time of reading I doubted it, but now that they're telling me they've shipped it, I'm beginning to think the same

    This is bullshit. Jaybird has always treated me right in the past but now that they sold to Logitech I'm beginning to notice their customer service has gone to complete garbage! This issue needs to be resolved now!

    Hello?!?!?! Can someone at Jaybird please help?!?! I still have not received any correspondence from Jaybird on my issue.  I have received the headphones and would like to return for a refund!!!!!!

    This is RIDICULOUS. I also tried to cancel before shipping, then I've emailed 2x to return order..no response.  I call the support # and am told I have to email them to return, what kind of scam is this?  It should not be this difficult to return an order, I know im spoiled by Amazon, but come on.  At least respond to the CS emails
