My Tarah pros are the only Jaybirds that are not multipoint, why? And are they going to every get a update? I bought these for the battery time an the multi point feature.

    Thanks for reaching out. We hear you regarding Multipoint. A firmware update is planned and while we can't give you a date, the Jaybird app will let you know when this is available.

    So the update came and No Multipoint!!!!!! I will never buy a Jaybird product again, so disappointed and I feel lied to. JAYBIRD YOU HAVE DIFFERENTLY LOST A COSTUMER ?🏾

    Just realized why the update didn’t make headphones Multipoint because they are Bluetooth 5.0 and they technically haven’t figured out how to do it yet 🙄??🤥🤥

    5 is retroactive to 4.1. So a 5 is able to multipoint. :) So no that's not the reason - they just are not able to implement it because they suck... I'm sure the tests they did showed that the battery life went from 13h to 2 hours...
