I used to own the X2 and had no problems whatsoever and decided to upgrade to X3 in Aug 2018. I am quite unhappy with the X3:
It always scrambles the voice when i connect to my iphone. Though all my other Bluetooth devices work perfectly.
The foam/silicone buds never stay put.
It never stays put on my ear and the wings don't work as well as the X2.
I would either like a return or credit. How can I go about this?
