Why won't my jaybird 2x pair

    Hi Onetime21345, 


    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X2's won't pair. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.


    You can put the X2's in pairing mode by holding the middle button for 6-8 seconds until it says, "Searching for your Music Device". Headset will flash red and green.


    Once in pairing mode, please look for it on your device's bluetooth list.

    You can further isolate the issue by testing using a different device or a device with a different OS.
