Has anybody else had trouble with the JayBird Freedom earbuds from like 2 years ago.
About 3 years ago I bought my first jaybird earbuds and they worked fine , for a coyple of months..then one day the top part were you hold down the button to turn it on felt loose like it had no button to push down . I could not use them because there was no button to push on on the inside. Started reading about other people who have the same problem. So I went online I call Jaybird support and they know exactly what was going on. They told me to send mine into them and they would try and fix them if not they would send me a new pair. I did that, got another pair sent back. I had them for about a year. And they've done the same thing, I open the shell of the earbuds to get them out and drop them on my counter and the same thing happened the button feels like it is no longer there, and it's really loose on top and I can't get them to turn on. Has anybody else had this problem with those particular earbuds? I know they have had new ones since.. And it has been a lil more than a year..But they are still like brand new..I didn't use them everyday.. So now I have somewhat new ear buds that I can't use because I don't know what happened to the one button inside the ear bud..Help..
