JayBird x2 microphone is not working with iPhone

    Hi Rajendra,

     

    I am sorry to hear that Jaybird X2's mic does not work with your IPhone. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    -Use the shirt clip to keep the mic or inline remote from swaying or rubbing against your clothing 

    -If you're doing something active, please pause for a bit and be stationary

    -Move away from large crowds/busy areas

    -Try to get out of windy areas

    -Check that the buds are selected for Call Audio in the Phone Settings
