    Hello Jimmy Mutuku,

     

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X2 does not have bass. This is not the behavior or performance that we expect from our product.

     

    Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

     

    -Check that the buds are selected for Audio in the Phone Settings and its volume

    -Isolate the issue by connecting your X2 to a different device, or a device with a different OS
