When I tried to detect the earphone in the bluetooth settings menu, my smartphone indicates 'Jaybird Tarah BLE', not 'Jaybird Tarah'. It is impossible to pair to this device. What is wrong or what should I do?

    I am sorry to hear that you're unable to pair your Jaybird Tarah to your phone. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    Please try powercycling your phone prior to pairing. You can also test the pairing with a different device or a device with a different OS to isolate the problem.
