X2’’s suddenly stopped pairing

    Can you tell which IPhone you have? Also, if you can replicate this with a different device or a device with a different OS.


    Have you deleted the X2's Bluetooth profile on your IPhone prior to re-pairing?

    I am having the same problem. However, my iPhone is newer and has never aired with my X2s. It is an iPhone 8 plus. I have tried resetting the X2s but it isn't working. Please help.

    Hi Bruce, thanks for your reply. I’ve got an iPhone 8 and I’ve also tried pairing my X2’s with my iPad Mini with no success. I had deleted the profile before I tried re-pairing them to my phone but nothing works. Incidentally, I even tried pairing them with a new iPhone X and that couldn’t find them either. I don’t know what’s gone wrong or why this has suddenly happened but I’d appreciate any help or it looks like I might have to give up on them
