X2's sync with fenix 5 plus watch but not getting sound. I tried resetting and resyncing. I turn the volume all the way up and still no sound. Is there anything else I can do?

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X2 won't play sound. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.


    Please check your source device's settings and also try with a different device or a device with a different OS. You can also check if you can hear voice prompts on both buds.
