Why do my Jaybird Tarah keep turning on and shutting off and losing the Bluetooth connection?

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Tarah is turning on and off. I can assure that this is not the behavior and performance expected from the product


    Please follow the reset instructions below to resolve the issue of your headset:


    Before starting this process please “FORGET” or “REMOVE” your Tarah Pro device in your Bluetooth list of discovered devices in your phone or music device.


    1. Put your earbuds in to pairing mode. Press and hold the Middle Button until the earbuds turn off. Then press and hold the Middle Button for 5 seconds until the white LED starts blinking.

    2. While the white LED is blinking press the Middle Button twice.

    3. The red LED illuminates briefly, and then the white LED starts blinking again.

    Hi Jaybird_Bruce,


    I tried resetting my headphones and I am still experiencing the same issue. They come on and say “Battery fully charged, Connected” then the beep happens like I am turining them off. I have to keep putting them back on the cradle until they will stay on. Again, these are brand new headphones.

    I have the exact same issue. I bought mine like two months ago and now they keep turning off. They aren’t even on long enough to try this troubleshoot solution. Has someone provided additional assistance to you guys?

    I never was able to get the right help to fix the problem. I purchased mine through Amazon. I called them and told them the issue and they replaced the pair immediately and I have not had any issues since! Hope this helps.

    This has happened to me outside warranty, but this is clearly a known issue. Is there any solution yet?
