Why can't I connect my Tarah earbuds to any laptops or computer?

    Please check your laptop's specifications. Jaybird Tarah utilizes Bluetooth 5.0. Any device that is on Bluetooth version 3.0 and below might see your Jaybird Tarah on the computer's Bluetooth list but won't be able to connect to it.

    Hey, I checked on both my computers are they are Bluetooth 4.0 and 4.2, but neither can successfully connect to the device, only see it. Is this just a computer issue?

    I am having exactly the same issue. My phone connected perfectly but not my Laptop.

    The email from support just talks about Bluetooth adapters and updating drivers???

    Do we need IT support to get our Buds to pair to our computers??

    Exactly the same issue here. Just bought them and the shop assistant assured me I would be able to connect to both my iPhone (which I did successfully) and my MacBook, but it turns out it is not the case!! Same Bluetooth version, 4.2 so does that mean I won't be able to use them for work? Please advise, as otherwise I'm returning them right away.
