Red light does not turn off

    Hi Ubikmusic,

     

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X4's red LED does not turn off. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    Please advise if the factory reset worked.

    I also have the red light problem and holding down the middle button does not cause the red light to go out or blink. This drains the battery and causes re-pairing each time. Please advise how I address this malfunction.

    I have the same problem. These are only 4 months old and I haven’t used them that much. I have sent an email to the company. The X2s I had were awesome, so I am a little disappointed. Jaybirds have always been great for me in the past.

    Hello - The reset did not work.   The headphones continued to work for a few more days and continued to charge with the red light continually lit..  Headphones got hot and red light went out, but headphones no longer charge or turn on, etc..  These were the second pair that i had. The first last two weeks and i was able to return.  These lasted approximately 4 months.  If there is any things to try, please let me know.
