    I've had this X2 headset for over a year and all of the sudden it developed the same problem .... "randomly turning on and off, dialing the latest number until it turns itself off again. Tried to disconnect and pair it with my phone again, didn't help" also reset the unit per instructions did not help either.

    Following above from Jaybird_Axel, I called technical support and the only reply was to find the receipt to define if the unit is in warranty and then we will proceed accordingly. I explained that I can't locate the receipt and was told no other options available.....

    Very sorry for this VERY POOR customer support (or actually non-support) for such an expensive product.
