    Hi tjandera,

I'm sorry to hear that your headset will not connect with your iOS devices. Please try again a factory reset then an 8 button process if the issue persists.

    - Factory reset

    1. Turn headphones off.

    2. Put in Pairing mode by holding the middle button for 6-8 seconds until it says "Searching for your Music Device" and wait for the headset to flash red and green.

    3. Do a reset by holding both volume buttons down 6-8 seconds and wait for the headset to flash orange 3 times.

    4. Delete or "Forget" the headset profile from the Bluetooth list of the mobile device.

    5. Put headphones back into pairing mode and connect them to your device.

    6. Test the headset afterwards.

    - 8 button process

    1. Firmly but quickly press the power button 8 times and then hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 2 times.

    2. When finished, plug the headset into the charger for 2.5 hours and check the color of the LED status lights.

    3. Power ON the device by holding the power button for 10 seconds or more.

NOTE: Most of the time if the headset turns RED, it will charge and function normally again. Make sure to fully charge the headset when the light is red.

    Hope this helps.

    Warm regards,

    Egie

I have the same problem. I did a factory reset (in fact, multiple times over the last two weeks). I sent an email to customer support but sadly haven't even received an email back. Hoping to hear back from Jaybird as I'm posting some comments on the forum.

Thanks for the response.  I did get them to work finally, but I had to follow the above procedure about 5 times before they suddenly started working.  Based on all the feedback in this forum, this appears to be a very common issue.  Are there any kind of firmware updates that can be distributed via USB to fix issues like this?  Clearly I'm not the only one having these issues and based on the amount of money these cost, I don't want to continually have this issue.

This is so frustrating.  I went to use them again today and now I have the same issue.  I've tried the same process as before but I cannot get them to pair.  My phone will not even detect them.  I can't believe I paid $150 for these pieces of junk.  I will never recommend or buy your product again.

Completely agree with above sentiments. Sick of the copy paste answers from Jaybird. Unless they fix the issue I will never buy their products again. JUNK! why would I spend 100bucks on headphones that flake out a day after the warranty expires?? Please address the issue!?

I fixed mine by resetting all network settings on my iphone and then forgetting all bluetooth connections ( clear all) then reconnect. Voila! problem solved
