    Hello Chubz,

Thank you for posting your query.

Multipoint lets you connect to two devices at the same time. For example, you can be connected to your laptop and to your mobile phone. While listening to music on your laptop, you can accept an incoming call using the inline remote of your X4 buds.

When paired to two or more devices, X4 will automatically try and connect to two devices that have Bluetooth turned on and are in proximity to the X4 buds. Make sure that only the two devices you want to connect to are turned on and in proximity.

To manually connect to two devices in multipoint, do the following:

    1. Ensure you’ve paired your X4 buds to both devices that you would like to connect to.

    2. Turn on your buds and connect them to your first Bluetooth device.

    3. To connect to the second Bluetooth device, find your buds on the Bluetooth devices list and select it to connect manually.
