I am having the same problem. Sometimes I can get it to connect but then the audio stops and I eventually have to reconnect. I emailed support@jaybirdsport.com last week but have yet to get a reply.

Never heard back from JayBird. Amazon however instantly sent me a refund. (For the current price)

I ordered mine last summer 2016 and didn't really use it until this year... And am now having the same issues with it not powering up. I bought mine on Amazon. Will they still return and replace with a working one?

Not sure. I emailed amazon with my purchase info told them JayBird was not responding to my emails and they just sent me the refund info. It was so quick (20 minutes) that I figured they have been getting a lot of these complaints. With all the bad reviews and poor customer service I was happy with the refund and do not want another JayBird product.

Seems like the X2s from 2016 are really faulty and this is happening to a lot of people.. I'm finding as I search for troubleshooting suggestions. Product quality must be dropping.. I love my old Jaybirds I bought in 2015! They work great! But this one from 2016 is a piece of JUNK and BRAND NEW!

I actually called into Customer Support and we are going to try some troubleshooting steps when I get home. I'm told if that doesnt work then I might be sent a new set. :)

same issue here. I have actually gone back to my original jaybirds (which I thought were dead). X2 worked for about a year and then died. As soon as I plug them in the light turns green but as soon as I unplug them - nothing. Has anyone tried the reset while plugged in?
