    This is not an expected experience. Please confirm button options selected as default for Jaybird Run. Also, please confirm if this happens to the buds when connected to a different device or a device with a different OS.

     

    Please also make sure that your buds are selected as default for media audio.

    So I did as you said as I did reset my buds and it still have this problem.

    ?

    My phone is a Huawei P20 Pro so android. How else can I try fix, them?
