    I paired the x2 also with iPhone 7 and galaxy tab s and it didnt work with any of them.

    @Rainers Perkons Are you making sure to select the X2 as the audio device when answering the call? Also maybe try this hard reset and let me know if that helps. 

     

    During the pairing mode ( red / green ) it is possible to reset your headphones. First follow the steps to enter pairing mode. By powering up the headset, holding past the ( green ) led light till you receive the multi color flashing.  Then instantly switch and hold the up & down key simultaneously until the dual color status indicator LED rapidly flashes 5 times and or a double high tone is heard threw the headset.

     

    You'll want to delete & repair the headset to your music player once finished with that.

    yes the x2 are selected, and I tried hard reset several times, didn't work.

    @Rainers Perkons When the headset is selected to take the call, does the volume minimize? Have you tried adjusting the volume level at all?

    Yes, it does minimize, i tried to set it to min and max, all i can hear is the sound that comes through microphone when I touch the headphones remote.
