@anirudh reddy Have you tried resetting your music device? Also what music device are you trying to connect with?
i have also reset all my music devices before connecting.
@anirudh reddy Just for our records, have you tried this reset?
During the pairing mode ( red / green ) it is possible to reset your headphones. First follow the steps to enter pairing mode. By powering up the headset, holding past the ( green ) led light till you receive the multi color flashing. Then instantly switch and hold the up & down key simultaneously until the dual color status indicator LED rapidly flashes 5 times and or a double high tone is heard threw the headset.
You'll want to delete & repair the headset to your music player once finished with that.
I am having the exact same problem described above. I have been using my X2's since about June of 2016. They worked great for me connecting with my phone and computer since then. On Thursday (yesterday) my phone was not able to connect to them. I tried forgetting them on my phone and reconnecting. I have tried resetting both the phone and the X2's and I am not able to connect to my phone. In addition, I am not able to connect to my computer either. The X2's are not even showing up on my list of available bluetooth devices on either my phone and computer.
I really want to use them but I cannot get them to pair with any of my music devices no matter what I try. I have done all the steps mentioned above and have had no luck. Tried forgetting the device on my phone. Putting them in pairing mode (nothing shows up on either my phone or computer). Resetting the headphones (holding down volume up and down at the same time). And resetting my computer/phone and no luck.
Is there anything else I can try or do. Was really hoping these would last more than 6 months considering the price.
I am also having this exact, out of no where my x2 have not been discoverable by any device . Is there anyone that can help with this issue?
Also, I have tried a reset on the x2's and tired multiple devices
@brad Tucker What device are you trying to pair with? Also have you tried a reset of the music device?
Primary device is an iphone 6S plus, although i have also tried the iphone 6, and ipad and and android device and none see the X's as discoverable. I did do a factory reset on the iphone as well with no difference made.
@brad Tucker I am sorry that none of the TR above have helped. Please send an email, chat or call into the link below so that one of our Agents can help you set up a warranty claim.
I'm having same problem. Purchased in Dec 2015.. stopped working in March 2016. Jaybird was great.. they sent me a new set. Last week, my earbuds just stopped pairing. I tried all the reset procedures on both my ipod, phone and the jaybird x2 earbuds.. the bluetooth has failed.. it is not recognized by any device, nor can it find any device. please help?
these were $200 earbuds.. i wanted them to last for at least a year without issue.. thank you..
