3 weeks ago I purchased a set of Jaybird X2 headphones. At the time, the use of Mysound was advertised as a key feature of these headphones. I tried connecting my iPhone5s with Mysound and was unable to. I contacted support and I was suggested to desinstall and reinstall, which showed that you as a company was still assuming that Mysound should work with X2. I did it and it did not work.
Yesterday I contacted support again and I was told that Mysound does not work with X2. I see that you also now report that in your webpage as well.
I am very happy with my purchase. However, I am very unhappy with this situation with Mysound. It is not correct for you to promise a functionality that eventually is not delivered.
How do you plan to compensate me or correct this situation? Thank you.
