Options regarding Jaybird X3 right earbud falling apart?
I have had the Jaybird for 4 months now and my right earbud on my Jaybird has completely been frayed in the wires. This started about a month ago. Fast forward to today and now the right earbud is almost totally disconnected and there is some partial failure that leads to not hearing the audio in the right earbud to hearing distorted audio. Is there anything I can do regarding this issue? I have never damaged it accidentally in anyway and it seems crazy that it has already fallen apart. I only used them about 3 times a week for 4 months.
