My Jaybird Freedom JF3 headphones bluetooth disconnecting randomly. Is it possible to update their firmware? I use them with iphone 7 plus.

    Hi Vanarebane,

     

    Thank you for posting your concern here in the community. I am sorry to inform you that there is no firmware update for Jaybird JF3 since this product is already discontinued. I suggest that you must try to perform a factory reset.

     

    1. Turn OFF the headset and plug it to a power source.

    2. Hold the power and volume up buttons at the same time for 8 seconds.

    3. Once the headset turns ON, unplug it from the power and source, turn it OFF by holding down the power button for 8 seconds then charge it normally for 2.5 hours.
