I've been waiting for the confirmation email of my X3 CHARGER being shipped out to me... nothing has been shipped yet. I need the new charger because my headphones are useless without it!!! This is extremely upsetting. I've emailed customer service with my order number, AND YET NO ONE HAS EMAILED ME BACK. In the email I was told it would take up to 3 business days to get my order out to be. It's been 5 and have not received a customer service email since Tuesday. I ordered the charger with the additional, unnecessary, earbud pieces. THIS IS EXTREMELY UPSETTING. I love my Jay Birds but had I known customer service would be like this j may have never invested.
