Earbuds ran out of juice at the gym last week; plugged them in and let them charge for a period of several hours, then when I went to use them I noticed I lost an eartip. Found a suitable replacement on Amazon per JB support advice. When it arrived today, they fit perfectly, however, the earbuds will not charge now. I've had them since 2012 and never had this problem before. I've tried multiple USB adapters to the wall outlet (iPhone, iPad, Samsung, even the ports on my computer) and the red light will not turn on.
