    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Freedom 2 does not pair. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.


    Please advise what troubleshooting steps you have tried. Please also advise what a "Mighty device" is. Do you experience this issue on a different device or a device with a different OS?
