    Hi Jaybird Team,

    I own a Jaybird X3 and I should say its been the best wireless earphones I've used so far.  It is however, sad that after using for about a year, the wire connecting the volume control panel has started wearing off.  I can see that the warranty has expired, but i'm unwilling to stop using the product just because it's wire has started wearing off - because the earphones are working just fine.

    Is there a way the product can be fixed?  I'm residing in London, so please suggest options.
