Firmware update doesn't 'stick' after going through the update process

    My computer won't download anything (win7). I have new set X3 now, and the same thing. Different cables and nothing. Customer service can't help. I think they don't have any answers for this. They only asked for X3 cable number and thats it. Why this update don't come for the phone App?

    Interesting, I can get the firmware to download since I'm on Win10 - didn't have an issue with that. Is the latest firmware version 1.4.1 or is it 1.3.2?

    Well then it has to be with Win7. Because i have same issue with work computer and also Win7. So i need to try Mac. Of course my GF computer don't have any usb port's.

    OK. New Jaybird assistant fix it. I think it was the old version, with some issues.

    I have update 1.3.2 by my phone app....

    Ok cool, glad you got it working on your end! It seems as though 1.3.2 is the latest firmware (chatting with support now). I was kinda hoping that this would address the bluetooth connectivity issues I have been seeing. My audio cuts out a lot when using them outside.

    I had the same thing (many many others too) my last X3. Cycling ok. Had my phone on my back and X3 setup: over ear. Worked fine and also running. But then, walking and phone on my pocket and same setup on head. But in center of city. Wow, it was really really bad. They sad forums and customer service, that use it like normal style and your phone in same side as your remote. No way! At this level of money, these should ?work 99%.

    Yeah exactly what I'm running into as well. Pretty hard to get a decent audio connection in the city with my phone in my pocket (even sometimes when it's out of my pocket). Was yours just a faulty pair or have they all been like this? I'm working through the return process now to see if I can get a replacement.

    I don't know. I just went to the store where got old ones and told my issues. And this store (in Finland?) we have this "test free type" in 30 days and now it was 50 days. If you don't like it, just bring it back and get your money. But i wanted try new set, because these X3 sounds really good and fit is for my perfect. But i really hope, like you. They can do something for this BT issue. Then these will be spot on.
