My bluebud X's Recently have been turning on and off by itself, also searching for new device randomly and at times they have even started a phone call. I have tried factory reset. But it didn't solve the problem. Any would be appreciated! Thank you!

    My 1 month old X3’s suddenly can’t find my device anymore???? And please don’t respond with sorry to hear that’s not the quality... I want to know what to do about it. Tried the reset, not working. These buds are too expensive to be not working after 1 month

    I had the same problem, tried the factory reset and the 8 button reset and now they wont turn on. No idea what to do, they were just charging for about an hour so charge is not the problem.

    Hello - I have the same problem with my bluebuds. When I switch them on they will either go into pairing mode, or switch themselves off or begin making a phonecall to my last dialled number

    I am also having same problem with jay bird X2.

    If i hit the button to turn on it plays music fr about 15 sec. Then, turns on Siri or redials or off and on, it goes haywire, re-dials a bunch more times, tries to connect to a music device, connects and then turns off.

    I am also reading jaybird’s responses always sending emails. Can jaybird please just write how to do not the issue so everyone can see. Other then sending individual emails that probally state it cannot Ben fixed

    Hey Jaybird_Bruce, I'm having a similar problem. I have the Bluebud X and it has recently started to give me issues. It charges up (light is green), however it will not turn on. I have tried the 8 button reset to no avail. Let me know how to resolve the issue (like dholestine mentioned, if you could post the solution(s) that would be great).

    Just so everyone knows - the email I received gave me details about the warranty claim process. In short, there is no answer to this. If you are out of warranty (as I am) you are also out of luck. I wish they would just post that here, but now I am for you.
