I'm having an audio latency issue when playing back media, specifically on the you tube and Twitter app, on my iPhone X, after having purchased my 3RD PAIR OF Jaybird headphones, so I'm a long time customer. The fact that this delay is happening with my NEW X3's and never happened with my X2's seems weird and the fact no firmware update is slated for the foreseeable future also seems weird. So what, as customers can we do? Do you have a solution? I keep buying your product because I love both the price point and the customer service, however, I don't want to have to talk to them every time I get a new pair of your headphones. 😂😂😂 please respond. If not I'll have to return my headphones and start going with another brand that's more reliable with their software updates for models that are barely a few years old.
