Issues with Case, does not charge right earbud. Less than a year old, What is the warranty policy with this product's case as it appears to be a common defect with other people?

    Would love to hear the answer from Jaybird. My JB Run are only 6 months old and same issue-charging fail on right earbud. Less than 6 months old-purchase 12DEC17

    Hello, @Bruce Jason Balaoro? , @Sulaiman Jose?  & staff, i notice you are selectively answering some questions but not actually dealing with real support for your product on defects that seem to be quite common based on the recurring posts on your forum.

     

    Please do not push me to resort to writing negative reviews on your facebook, twitter, instagram and every possible outlet including Bestbuy, Amazon, and any other place that i can find that holds your products detailing your lack of response/ownership over the said defects.

     

    I expect to receive a response in a timely manner as ignoring this issue will not make it quietly go away.
