The left earbud in my x3s has stopped working, anyone know a quick fix?

    Hi AidanCM,


    I am sorry to hear that you are having audio issues with your Jaybird X3's left earbud. This is not the performance nor quality we expect from our products. 


    I included factory reset instructions that might help solve this issue:


    1.Make sure your buds are powered off.

    2.From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green. 

    3.Double press the power button. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset. 


    To ensure a premium music and sound experience, we introduce a small latency. The amount of latency can differ based on your operating system and video streaming app.
