    I'll try the steps you linked to reconnect the earbuds. While I was going through the steps above I downloaded the upgrade assitant and it said I'm using the latest firmware.

     

    I don't expect you to give me a release date but is your team working on another firmware update? There's clearly still issues that need to be resolved.

    Is anybody going to answer jonez question about another firmware update? When will Jaybird stop applogizing for connection issues and actually get around to fixing the problem? I've got the same issue. In my case the left bud comes in and out with the phone just several inches away from the right bud and it's Bluetooth 5.0

    I'm two weeks in and these are likely going to be returned if updates aren't coming.

     

    Buds refuse to power on until I put them back in the case. Audio cuts in and out and jumps from one bud to the other. Outdoors they are great. Indoors the connection is complete and utter garbage.

     

    The frustrating part is everything I've said is listed over and over again on the forums.

     

    Are you going to release more fixes or should I just return them now?

    Returned. This product has way too many issues for a $200 pair of headphones.
