    Hi Baby Hughy,

     

    I am sorry to hear that you don't get audio on the Jaybird X3's right earbud. We we're able to establish that there are voice prompts on both sides so kindly check the media settings on your phone/device.

     

    I also included a list of steps for X3 Factory Reset that might help:

     

    1.Make sure your buds are powered off.

    2.From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green.

    3.Double press the power button. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset.

     

    Furthermore, please isolate the issue by trying a different audio source or device.
