Hi. I bought Jaybird Run. The left bud has stopped charging. The 'box' is fully charged, and the right charges as it should, but its seems like it doesn't register the left bud. Is there an easy fix, or should i sent for service?

    I have the same issue with the right side. My Run buds are less than a month old. :(

    Hello Kong Vitalium,

     

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Run's left earbud is not charging. Allow us to help improve your experience.

     

    Kindly try using a different power source/charger and/or a different USB cable. A pulsing green LED on each side means it is charging, solid green light when fully charged. It is recommended to use 5V/500mA-1A charger for 2.5 hours only.

     

    It would also help to ensure that the lid of the charging case is securely closed and the charger ports and prongs align accordingly.

    Thank you for your answer.

     

    The case works fine. It have loads of power and the right earbud charges as it should. It is only the left earbud that wont charge. I think its a problems with the earbud and not the case. I always check that the lid is fully closed.
